Returns
We want you to love your purchase from Teach & TBR Designs.
If you are not completely satisfied with your physical product, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- Returned in their original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We'll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable after purchase.
If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us and we'll gladly help.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
